Google Drive Folder Access & Use
Each Teaching Institution is provided a Google Drive folder to assist with managing your courses on Acadeum Course Share (ACS).
Teaching Institutions are not required to utilize this Google Drive folder, but access is automatically provided to all designated Course Upload Administrator (CUA) upon completion of the Acadeum's CUA certification process. Learn more about the CUA designation here.

Google Drive Internal Folders
Within your institution's main Google Drive folder is one internal folder for Syllabus files and four Google Sheet spreadsheets.
These spreadsheets merge previously uploaded course information with new course information into a "Prefilled" Course Upload Template for easy uploading by your institution's designated CUA(s).
Most of the files are View Only. Spreadsheets gather and collate information pulled from ACS and other sources. View only files can be downloaded if desired.
