If you cannot find a specific course your students need within the current search results, you can submit a formal request. This action alerts the Acadeum Support team to search the wider network and work with Teaching Institutions (TIs) to find a suitable course substitute.
Step-by-Step Instructions
To request a course that is not currently listed:
- Log in to ACS
- Under Discovery & Guidance> Course Catalog from the left navigation pane, click the All Acadeum Courses tab
- Scroll to the absolute bottom of the course search results list
- Click the Request Course button
- Complete all required fields in the request form
- Click Submit
- Close the pop-up confirmation message to return to the course search screen
What to Expect Next
- Support Outreach: You will receive an automated email from the Acadeum Support team confirming that your request is being processed
- Progress Updates: The support team will email you directly with updates as they identify potential institutions or course substitutes that match your criteria
Tip: To prevent delays, ensure you provide the exact course code and title required by your institution in the request fields.
