The Invoices page and the Payment History page are both located in the Acadeum Wallet section of the Admin Center.

Note: These tables are currently available for Home Institutions only. The Teaching Institution tables are actively in development.

How to Search These Tables?

As shown in the images below, the Invoices and the Payment History tables can be searched and organized in various ways:

• Filter by Type, Counterparty, Status, and/or Date
• Search by Invoice Number or Payment ID
• Sort a specific column header
• Select the checkboxes of desired rows and Download to search via spreadsheet
• Download all rows and search via spreadsheet

Invoices

The Invoices table merges information from invoice creation Acadeum Course Share (ACS) and invoice processing in Acadeum's payment processor, Stripe.

Invoices Column Headers

• Amount - Dollar (USD) amount due
• Type - Transaction (Enrollment) Fee or Acadeum Annual Fee
• Counterparty - For enrollment fees, this is the TI name. For annual platform fees, this is Acadeum.
• Issue Date - The day the invoice was issued. For enrollment fees, this is the day after the course's ACS Drop Date.
• Due Date - The day the invoice will be charged. For enrollment fees, this is the same as the Issue Date.
• Status - The processing status of the invoice. Although an invoice may show as "Paid" by ACS, payment sometimes may still be processing in Acadeum's payment processor, Stripe.
• Invoice - Invoice Number
• ID - Stripe Invoice ID

Payment History

The Payment History table merges information from Acadeum Course Share (ACS) and payment processing in Acadeum's payment processor, Stripe.

Payment History Column Headers

• Amount - Dollar (USD) amount charged or paid
• Type - Transaction (Enrollment) Fee or Acadeum Annual Fee
• Counterparty - For enrollment fees, this is the TI name. For annual platform fees, this is Acadeum.
• Date - The date of payment processing in Stripe
• Status - The processing status of the payment. Although an invoice may show as "Paid" by ACS, payment sometimes may still be processing in Acadeum's payment processor, Stripe.
• Payment ID - Stripe Payment ID
