The Admin Center is the centralized hub for managing settings across all Acadeum administrative applications. This guide explains how to access the Admin Center and provides an overview of the management tools available to you based on your user role.
How to Access the Admin Center
The Admin Center is accessible from the Acadeum Course Share (ACS) homepage.
- Log in to your Acadeum Admin Account
- Locate the drop down menu (v) at the top left of the ACS homepage
- Select Admin Center
- You can also click Settings directly under the Admin header on the left navigation pane

You will be redirected to the Admin Center dashboard tailored to your specific user role.
Navigating the Admin Center
The Admin Center is designed to be a "single source of truth" for your institution. By centralizing these settings outside of ACS, Acadeum can provide more frequent updates and support for multiple products in one place.
- Role-Based Visibility: You will only see the settings and options that correspond to your assigned permissions (e.g., ESC, TSC, or CUA)
- Intuitive Layout: Options are grouped into six functional areas to reduce the time spent searching for specific configurations

Access Management
- User Management: Add, edit, or deactivate administrative users for your institution
- Role Management: Define and assign specific permission sets to users
- Contacts: Manage the primary points of contact for institutional communications

- Student Portal Settings: Configure the student-facing interface for your enrollments
- Manage APIs: Manage API tokens or generate new tokens
