The Enrollment Requests page displays registration requests from Home Institutions for your courses. These requests have already been vetted and approved by the enrolling school and require your final verification to officially enroll the student in the TI section.
Tip: A red notification indicator will appear next to the New Enrollment Requests tab in the navigation pane whenever a pending request requires your attention.

Reviewing Enrollment Requests
Reviewing Request Details
When reviewing a request, the following information is available to help you make an informed decision:
- Enrollment Type: Look for the "consortial" label, which indicates the request is from a partner institution within your shared consortia
- Member Institution: The name of the Home Institution that sent the request
- Course Logistics: Includes the specific course, term, session, section, number of enrollments, and exact session dates requested
- Student Information: Provides the student's name, ID, and email address
- Detailed Record: Click Details to view deeper personal details (DOB, gender, ethnicity), academic status (program level, major), and any relevant notes provided by the Home Institution
Once your review is complete, you must take one of the following actions:
How to Accept an Enrollment Request
- Click Accept in ACS to finalize the enrollment.
- This officially registers the student in your course section and notifies the Home Institution.
- Acadeum automatically sends an acceptance email notification to the student including the welcome content provided by the TI. For more information about the welcome content, see [TI] Admin Guide: "Welcome Letter" Requirements.
Important Note about Enrollments:
- Enrollments are section-specific. To change a student to a different section of a course, the accepted enrollment must be dropped or withdrawn in ACS and a new enrollment request must be submitted in ACS by the HI.
- The TI should not offer to change a student's section without first receiving the HI's approval.
- For assistance with section changes, please contact support@acadeum.com.
How to Deny an Enrollment Request
If a section is at capacity or no longer offered, you should reject the request:
- Click Deny
- Enter a mandatory reason for the denial in the pop-up box
- Click Deny again to confirm
Enrollment Location by Status
After you approve a request, it is no longer visible on the New Enrollment Requests page.
- To track enrollments in Pending, Active, and Due status, navigate to the Accepted tab on the Manage Enrollments page.
- If an enrollment request is Removed or Denied or when an accepted enrollment is marked Complete, the enrollment is moved from the Accepted tab to the Finalized tab.
-
Note: Some actions may still be taken even after an enrollment is finalized (e.g., final grade changes).
