The Students page serves as the central directory for all student data within the Acadeum Course Share (ACS) platform. Student information is populated through manual entry, direct enrollment via the All Acadeum Courses page, or when students request registration through the ACS Student App.
Enrolling vs. Teaching Students
To ensure you are viewing the correct records, it is important to understand how ACS categorizes students based on their relationship to your institution:
- Enrolling Students: Students from your institution who are eligible to enroll in courses at other network institutions (Image A)
-
Teaching Students: Students from other institutions who have enrolled in courses offered by your institution (Image B)
