This guide provides instructions for administrators who need to reset their password for the Acadeum Course Share (ACS) portal.
Initiating a Password Reset
You can request a password reset directly from the ACS login screen at any time.
- Log in to ACS
- Within the login window, locate and click the Forgot Password? link
- Enter the Email Address associated with your administrator account
- Click Send
Note: If you have a user account with Acadeum, we have sent you an email that provides instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive an email from Acadeum, please check your Spam or Junk folders. You may also contact your institution administrator if you need additional assistance.
Completing the Reset via Email
After submitting your request, the system will send an automated message to your inbox.
- Open the email message from Acadeum
- Click the Reset Password link provided in the message
- Follow the on-screen prompts carefully to create and confirm your new password
Troubleshooting Tips
If you do not receive the reset email or encounter errors, check the following:
- Check Spam/Junk Folders: Automated emails from ACS may occasionally be flagged by institutional email filters
- Verify Email Accuracy: Ensure you are entering the exact email address used for your ACS account registration
- Link Expiration: Password reset links are time-sensitive for security. If the link has expired, return to the login page and initiate a new request.
- Whitelist Acadeum: If your institution uses strict security filters, you may need to ask your IT department to whitelist @acadeum.com to ensure you receive system notifications
Note: If you are still unable to access your account after following these steps, please contact your internal Primary Administrator or reach out to your Acadeum Partner Success Manager for assistance.
