What is Quick Enroll?
Quick Enroll is a feature within the ACS Administrator Application that allows Home Institution administrators to find and enroll students into in-network courses using a guided, AI-assisted workflow.
Instead of manually searching for courses, applying multiple filters, reviewing equivalencies, and checking section availability one by one, Quick Enroll uses your Home Institution’s course information to automatically search the entire Acadeum network for the best available matches.
Quick Enroll prioritizes:
- Courses that are already approved as equivalents to your Home course
- In-network and consortial options
- Sections with current availability
- Courses that best align with your Home course details
This allows administrators to move from course selection → student selection → enrollment in a single streamlined process.
How to Use Quick Enroll
Step: 1 Select the Home Course
From the Quick Enroll tab located at the top of the left navigation pane in ACS (Image A):
- Use the Select Home Course dropdown menu to search and select an existing Home course (Image B)
- If the course is not listed, you may add a new Home Course (Image C)

The Home course you select is what Quick Enroll uses to identify equivalent courses across the Acadeum network.

- Bulk student enrollment
- Multiple simultaneous searches
Select the student or students you wish to enroll into a course equivalent to the selected Home course.

- Add Student Details Manually, or
- Upload Student Details File (ideal for bulk uploads or bulk updates to existing student profiles)

Step 3: Review AI-Matched Course Options
Once the Home Course and student(s) are selected, click Search. Quick Enroll will scan the entire Acadeum network and automatically return the best available matches.
For each result, you can click See Details to review:
- Teaching Institution
- Course equivalency
- Section availability
- Term and session
- Course details and syllabus (if available)
This allows you to quickly identify the best option without performing additional manual searches.
Note: You can also click Request a section to send the Teaching Institution a request for a preferred term that is not currently listed.
Step 4: Enroll the Student in a Section
When you have identified the best match:
- Click Enroll
- Select the appropriate section and click Enroll
The enrollment will then follow the standard ACS approval workflow between the Home and Teaching Institution.
