Changes to a student's enrollment status may be completed on the Manage Enrollments page of the Acadeum Course Share administrator app. How Acadeum utilizes these statuses may be distinct from how the statuses are defined at your institution.
From within the Manage Enrollments page:
- Click the tab.
- Click the subtab. From within this list, there are two student types:
a.: Enrollment requests that have been sent to the teaching Institution and are awaiting final approval (accept or deny the request).
i. From here, a school can remove the enrollment request by selecting “Remove” from the drop-down menu next to the student record. This will remove the request from the Teaching Institution’s queue.
b. : students that have been accepted by the respective Teaching Institution. From this section, a school can drop or withdraw students depending on the Start Date and final Drop Date of the course in which they are enrolled.
Students can request to be dropped or withdrawn from a course via the Acadeum Course Share Student Application*. When a student has made a request for either, the enrolling Home Institution will receive an email notification that the request was made, prompting that HI to execute the request in the Acadeum Course Share application.
ii. Active: The course has started, and it is past the final Drop Date, the student can be withdrawn from the course. The Teaching Institution will receive notification that the student was withdrawn.
ii. Pending: The course has not started, or it is still before the final Drop Date, the student can be dropped from the course. The Teaching Institution will receive notification that the student was dropped.

TIP! Students are able to request to be dropped or withdrawn from a course directly in their Acadeum Course Share Student Application. This prompts an email to your school’s administrator/s to process the request, making enrollment requests more efficient and putting the power of course sharing in the hands of your students!
