How a student drops or withdraws from a course

Any Acadeum student should contact their advisor and Enrolling Student Contact at their Home Institution if they would like to drop or withdraw from a course. As a Home Institution you can drop or withdraw students on the Manage Enrollment page.

If you are a Teaching Institution and have an Acadeum student requesting to drop or withdraw, please have them contact their advisor or Enrolling Student Contact at their Home Institution. Additionally, if a student is nearing an administrative withdraw due to lack of participation, you are required to contact support@acadeum.com so the Home Institution can be notified. Do not process a withdraw in Acadeum without first working with the Home Institution.
