Acadeum Course Share training is conducted with the Customer Implementation Manager after the Home Institution On-boarding Customer Workbook is completed. Please allow 90 minutes for the training session.
The recommended participant list should be the registrar, and whoever oversees student success (retention and advisement). The training will be recorded for those who are unable to attend.
Once you have completed your planning meeting, the Customer Implementation Manager will send you a scheduling link to select a training time that works best for you and your team.
To conduct the training, we will use a screen share technology from Zoom. No technology download is required, only a web browser.
