After joining Acadeum, you’ll work with your Acadeum Account Executive to make sure you are ready for onboarding. This includes signing your agreement, paying your initial invoice, and listing your institution’s representatives that will participate in Acadeum onboarding.
Then, your Acadeum Account Executive will help you schedule a Kick-Off Call with your Partner Success Manager and Implementation Manager.
Additionally, throughout your onboarding you’ll have access to a shared onboarding workbook for your institution. We will work with you to complete the items on the workbook to ensure a successful launch.
For the Kick-Off Call, we recommend including the following representatives from your institution:
- Executive Champion (Provost / VPAA)
- Head of Advising and/ or Retention
- Project Lead
- Finance and/or Business Office
In the call, you'll be introduced to your long-term Partner Success Manager and your Implementation Manager. You will then make key decisions on how you'll be initially using Acadeum and decide on your launch plan. You can view the types of topics that will be discussed in the meeting here.
After the call, you'll continue to work with your Partner Success Manager on growing your Acadeum strategy while your Implementation Manager will schedule a training call and help you make your first enrollments.
Acadeum Course Share training is scheduled with your Implementation Manager during or after the Kick-Off Call. In the training session, you will learn how to use the Acadeum Course Share platform and you will be guided through making your first enrollments.
At minimum, we recommend the registrar and a student success representative attend the training call. However, the call is recorded for anyone who is unable to attend.
After training, you’ll be launched and ready to unlock the power of course sharing at your institution. For ongoing support, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for immediate assistance related to your student enrollments or the Acadeum Course Share platform.
