Understanding the Acadeum Course Share Main Page
a. Notifications Area: This area provides alerts regarding student enrollment requests, pending grades for completed courses, and students missing required registration information
b. Search: Search for courses using a course code, title, key words and/or descriptors. Results will yield courses containing entered search words in the course title and description.
c. Search By: Course search results can be viewed by Sections or Courses Courses listed may have more than one section available.

- Sections – lists all courses and corresponding sections available for each separately.
(Ex: MATH110 may have sections available in a Fall and Winter term and will list twice in the Sections ) - Courses – lists courses available only; click
in a course card to view available course sections and terms. (Ex: MATH110 may have sections available in a Fall and Winter term but will list only once in the Courses
- Sections – lists all courses and corresponding sections available for each separately.
d. Download: Generates a MS Excel download for search results.
e. Filter Results: Filter courses using one or more specified criteria. Results may list courses that have multiple terms from which to select a course. [Read more about this feature here.]
f. Results: Review the list of courses that meet the criteria selected in the filter option and/or search box.
g. Manage Enrollments: Monitor existing enrollments and review past enrollments as a Teaching Institution, Home Institution, or both. [Read more about this feature here.]
h. Student Requests: Review and approve enrollment requests and/or review past enrollments including the enrollment request date, teaching institution, course taken, credits earned and course status. [Read more about this here.]
i. Advisor Recommendations: Allows admins and enrolling student admins to “recommend” courses to students within the admin app. [Read more about this here.]
j. Access Requests: No longer in use.
k. Grades: Review and enter grades earned for all completed courses:

- Enrolling Grades: Grades earned by your students taking a course at another institution
- Teaching Grades: Enter grades earned by students taking a course at your institution [as the teaching institution]
l. Institutions: Search for courses offered by certain institutions using specific search criteria. [Read more about the Institutions page]
m. Consortia: Review and/or search for member institutions by consortia. [Read more about Consortia.]
n. Students: Review and enter students from your institution and students enrolled in your courses as a teaching institution, where applicable. [Read more about the Students page.]
o. Find Courses [Main Landing Page]: Search for courses using multiple filter options and/or keywords. [Read more about finding courses.]
p. Settings: Edit members of your institution’s access permissions, student portal settings, and payment information. [Read more about Settings.]
