In this article:
Both enrolling and teaching student information is populated in this area either by manually entering individual students from this page, when enrolling a student directly in a course via the Find Courses page, or when students request registration into a course through the Acadeum Course Share (ACS) Student App.

A. Enrolling Students – students from your institution who can enroll in other institutions’ courses. Students can be listed here even when they have/are not enrolled in a course.
B. Teaching Students - students from other institutions who have enrolled for courses at your institution.
Enrolling Student Information
- From the left navigation pane, click Students.
- Click the Enrolling Students tab.
- Click on a student’s name to access their record including personal information, academic information, and contact information.
a. Click the pencil icon to edit student information from directly within a student record.* - Click the email link to send an email message outside of ACS.
- Click the pencil icon from the main student list to edit the student record.*
- Click +Add a Student to add additional student records.
*Note: Student email addresses cannot be edited on ACS by Home Institutions. To change a student email address, please submit a request to Support@Acadeum.com.
Teaching Student Information
Teaching Students records are entered by the enrolling institution and cannot be edited in this view. If a student record needs to be updated, contact the institution’s Primary Contact (reference step 4 below).
- From the left navigation pane, click Students.
- Click the Teaching Students tab.
- Click on a student’s name to access their record including personal information, academic information, and contact information.
- Click the institution name to view the institution profile. (Note: this will redirect to the Institutions page.)
- Click the email link to send an email message outside of ACS.
