This page lists requests from your students to take courses through Acadeum at other institutions. The tab structure allows for navigation between New and Finalized enrollment categories. Students will request enrollments in courses via the Acadeum Course Share Student application, if you have opted to make this available to your students.

A. New student requests - requests from students at your institution to take courses through Acadeum
B. Finalized student requests - requests from students at your institution to take the following courses through Acadeum for which action has already been taken (CANCELLED, EXPIRED, APPROVED, or DENIED)
New Student Requests (back to top)
Students can request registration in courses that your institution has mapped and approved in advance via the Acadeum Course Share Student App*. This tab within the Student Requests page lists requests from students at your institution to take courses through Acadeum.

View New Student Requests:
- Click the tab from within the Student Requests page.
- Select a student request to review by clicking the button.
- Upon reviewing the student registration request, or using the prompts in the bottom right corner
- If a student registration request is denied, the student will receive an email notification of the denial. Students are also able to check registration request status, including denials, in the Acadeum Course Share student app.
- If a student registration is approved, the enrollment request is submitted to the Teaching Institution for review and final approval.
Review the status of enrollment requests on the LIVE tab of the Manage Enrollments page. Once enrollment requests are approved by the Teaching Institution, they will move from the Requested area to the Accepted area.
Deny a Student Request (back to top)
- From within the student request, click .
- Within the pop-up box, enter the reason for the denial and click .
- This sends an email message to the student alerting them of the denied request and corresponding reason.
Approve a Student Request (back to top)
- From within the student request, enter a course substitute if one has not already been assigned (required).
- Click . An email message will be sent to the student alerting them of the approved request.
Add Student Information in a Student Request (back to top)
All student profile information must be complete before a student registration request can be approved.
- Records where required student information is missing will appear in black text in the STUDENT column of the New student requests tab.
- Records where required student information is complete will appear in purple text in the STUDENT column of the New student requests tab.
There are two ways to complete student profiles where required information is missing:
- From within the student request, add required student information by clicking .
- Complete all required fields and click .
OR - Send an email to request that the student completes their required profile information .

Finalized Student Requests (back to top)
This page lists requests from students at your institution to take courses through Acadeum for which action has already been taken.
a. Requested Date: date that student submitted the registration request
b. Student: full name of the student as entered in the Acadeum Course Share system.
(Student information is entered either by an administrator at your institution or by the student when they establish their profile in the Acadeum Course Share student app.)
c. Teaching Institution: the teaching institution at which the student will take the course.
d. Course: code and title of the course for which the student requested registration (code and title reflects that of the teaching institution)
e. Credits: number of credits the course offers
f. Status:
- CANCELLED – student cancelled the registration request
- EXPIRED –student registration request was not approved, denied, or canceled before the add/drop period ended so request expired
- APPROVED – student registration request to enroll in teaching institution’s course was approved
- DENIED - student registration request to enroll in teaching institution’s course was denied

g. Download Info: Generates a MS Excel download of results on the current page
