Where do I find the Account Center?
To navigate to the Account Center when logged in anywhere in Acadeum's platform, select the application icon in the header and select ‘Account Center’. You will then be directed to Acadeum's Account Center and be presented with the appropriate options for your institution.
What can I do in the Account Center?
Once in the Account Center, there are five card options for selection based on your institution's usage of Acadeum's platform. Simply click on the card you would like to view or within which you'd like to make updates:
1. Admin Center
Click on the Admin Center card for a quick link to Acadeum's Admin Center.
2. Course Share
Click on the Course Share card for a quick link to the Acadeum Course Share app.
3. Account Settings
Account Settings: Your Profile
Click on the Account Settings card to access your Admin User profile settings.
Another way to quickly access this page is to select your profile icon from anywhere in Acadeum's platform, then click on Your Profile.
Once on the Account Settings page, you can update a profile image, adjust personal information, and deactivate your account. If a deactivated Admin account needs re-activation, an active Admin user from your institution must request activation from support@acadeum.com.
You can also view your Role (as assigned on the Admin Center's User Management page) as well as the date of your last login.
Please ignore the "Change Email" link--Admin user emails cannot be changed. If an Admin user needs to change their email address, an Institutional Administrator from their institution will need to create a new user account with the new email address, then deactivate the user account with the old email address.
Account Settings: Your Notifications
To update your account's notification settings, select Notifications in the left-hand navigation.
Select the notifications you want to receive and deactivate any notifications which are not needed, then select ‘Save’.
4. Change Password
To reset or change your password, select the Change Password card.
Follow the appropriate steps and once you select Save, your password will be updated and you can login with the new credentials.
5. Logout
Click on the Logout card to log out of your Acadeum profile.
Another way to quickly access this page is to select your profile icon from anywhere in Acadeum's platform, then click on Logout.
